Its clients include national broadcasters and state crisis communication authorities, and its products range from autonomous playout systems that run radio unattended around the clock to OB1, ruggedized outdoor broadcast equipment with cellular connectivity for the field.

That background shapes how Castcore is built. Fremen’s engineering philosophy is to experiment relentlessly, then ship only what has proven reliable — favouring predictable performance over novelty. Castcore applies the same discipline to podcast hosting: proper audio encoding, EU data residency, and infrastructure built to be dependable rather than flashy.
